Sizes are based on European centimeter height sizing. 1 inch = 2.54 cm.
We recommend ordering size 70 as the smallest size for babies who are 7 pounds or more at birth. This will be slightly large at first, but may be rolled at the sleeves and ankles. You will have the benefit of longer wear. As an exception, nappy pants should be purchased in size 60 for babies under 6 months, and will fit through the first year. Any footed item may be preferable more true to size, which is centimeter height.
